Treacle Moon – One Ginger Morning

Ginger wake up shower gel

The past couple of weeks have been a little full on so having the chance to kick back, relax and have a bubble bath with a book is a bonus. Especially when the bubbles last a while. Even for a refreshing shower this big bottle of love is just wonderful. The packaging is pretty, practical and easily storable. It is also durable as it is waterproof so no soggy edges of cardboard to get soggy. An easy open lid for those with stiff fingers and an easy squeeze bottle to get out the gorgeous contents.

The gel itself holds its colour when out of the bottle and is nice and thick. The bubbles once lathered are pretty immense and you only need a little bit to go a long way. The smell does not hit your nose immediately and is far from sickly. Whilst lathering up you will notice a build up of the smell sensation and gradually the ginger infuses with the hot water and takes to the air. The formula is not sticky and does not leave a residue once washed off, it is also nice that it does not leave your skin dry when you are finished bathing. The one other thing that really impressed me with this product is the fact that having really sensitive skin means that the number of beautifully scented products I can use is extremely limited. I can safely say that my skin has been softer than ever and not a spot of irritation. I cannot confirm that it is suitable for all skin types but it suited my highly sensitive skin just fine.

You can find this lovely product either at Treacle Moon or Tesco (exclusively made for Tesco! Swit Swoo!)

£2.99 for 500ml is a very good bargain!

So far so good and almost finished so the review will be up ASAP! Just keep checking back.

Reading Next

Coco's Secret by Niamh Greene

I am looking forward to reading both of these books. Have you read either of them?

What are you reading?

Wearing

jordans 1st pair

After returning from the US with this truly AWESOME pair of Jordan’s they are all I want to wear. Sadly they do not go with everything and I don’t want to wear them out quickly so they do go back in the box every now and then!

If you have Jordan’s – How do you wear yours? If you don’t buy some because they are über comfortable!

Skin Care

Ginger wake up shower gel

This delectable bathroom goody has made me want more than the regular three showers a day (it may seem excessive to some but oh well!). Have you tried it?

Hair Care

reming2

These bad boys have not only tamed my locks but also kept away the split ends and made my hair feel sleek. Very happy at the moment!

Listening to . . .

This is the clean version of the tune as I thought it was only appropriate for the blog. However if you would like to watch the original then please do find it on You Tube!
I listen to a variety of music but this song right now has made a regular recurrence on my playlist. What is on yours?

Watching

sherlock

This show is highly addictive and there is something that I cannot identify about Benedict Cumberbatch that is just so HOT!

How is your Monday panning out?

Do let me know :Dmonday love!

Lush Haul

Lush Shop Sign

Bearing in mind I haven’t stepped foot in a Lush store for quite a while my haul is quite conservative in quantity. Well I think so anyway.

I have been waiting a long time for the luscious Snow Fairy to turn up again and after seeing it on another blog the other day I started to go a little green and it truly isn’t my colour.

Lush Snow Fairy Shower Gel, Bath bombs - Dragon Egg & Twilight with Melting Marshmallow Moment Bath Melt

In the picture:

Snow Fairy £10.25/500g

Twilight Bath Bomb £3.20/each

Dragons Egg Bath Bomb £3.20/each
