Question of the week:

“Share your favorite post from the last month and tell us why it’s close to your heart!”

My answer: A Mother’s Love was a post I wrote after sitting in a coffee shop and observing how a mother tenderly cared for her child. Sadly the child was severely disabled but that didn’t matter one bit – this just shows how a mother’s love never flails.

Happy Hopping and I hope you have a great weekend!

Question of the week:  “What book-to-movie adaptation have you most liked?  Which have you disliked?”

My answer: I really loved the Millennium Trilogy adaptation however I do feel it fell short on certain details. It was a shame they wasted the time they used in the last film and filled it with fluff. There were a few bits that could have been put in properly and it seemed like it was cut short at the end.

The one film adaptation that I disliked was the Twilight Saga by Stephanie Meyer, there was a lot left out and the film seemed like it was missing big chunks of the books. When I read the books I was constantly on the edge of my seat and the best part was building up in my imagination what Edward looked like. Although Robert Pattinson is beautiful he is still not the complete Edward!

Happy Hopping and I hope you have a great weekend!
