Book Blogger Hop 17/06 – 20/06

Crazy for Books Blogger Hop Button

Hosted by Jennifer over at Crazy for Books this amazing meme is a weekly BOOK PARTY held for all bloggers to come together and read what others are up to. You can share your thoughts with other bloggers and readers, and don’t forget to comment on blogs you know that it is much appreciated and you never know you might start a fascinating conversation with someone you don’t know!

This week Jennifer is also celebrating her 5th wedding anniversary so I think a happy anniversary is in order.

happy anniversary

I hope you both have an amazing time at Niagara Falls and your time together.

So moving on to this weeks hop! The question is:

“How many books are currently in your To-Be-Read (TBR) Pile?”

My answer: I recently changed my TBR list to the lovely PIE list that you can find at the top of my page – this was inspired by a blog friend of mine Aths from Reading on a Rainy Day. So back to the question of how many books, well too many! There are 9 books currently on my list but in the actual pile there is more than 20. Once I have finished the Shantaram read-a-long the numbers will hopefully lower.

Well I hope you enjoy the rest of the weekend blogtown, I know I don’t want it to end.

Jennifer has recently moved over to WordPress and her blog is looking better than ever so take a look.

Question of the week:

“Share your favorite post from the last month and tell us why it’s close to your heart!”

My answer: A Mother’s Love was a post I wrote after sitting in a coffee shop and observing how a mother tenderly cared for her child. Sadly the child was severely disabled but that didn’t matter one bit – this just shows how a mother’s love never flails.

Happy Hopping and I hope you have a great weekend!
