Thank You

How many times a day do you say ‘Thank You’? For some it is very little and for others it is a forever increasing number. This post was bought about by a friend of mine saying that I did not need to say thank you for them being there for me. As some of you may know my dad sadly passed away on the 26th December 2016 and since then so many of my friends have made themselves free at a moments notice for chats, copious amounts of tea and just being there if I want to cry down the phone. There are many that have offered their ears but only a few that I have actually opened up to – this is mostly because I am a ridiculously private person.

Saying thank you unfortunately is the only thing that I can do to make sure that people know that I am grateful as I cannot afford to buy gifts for everyone! Saying Thank You really is important to me and no matter what I will always say it to those that show any amount of kindness even in the situation where people are horrible for no reason. Kindness whether it is a random act or regular occurrence is totally underrated and really should be bought to life on a daily basis.

If not verbally, how do you say Thank You?
