This post was originally posted on September 1st but it is just so Christmassy that I couldn’t leave it in the past! I hope you like it!
Let me start by saying that I am not going crazy despite the title of the post saying Christmas in July! Two months ago I was lucky enough to go to go to link Not On The High Street’s Christmas in July. From the moment I walked in I was transported to Christmas time, in my head it was December and I was ready for some Mulled Wine and of course a little Egg Nogg to settle with a good book and watch the world go by. That of course didn’t happen as there were many products on display for me to peruse whilst I tiptoed through the Winter Wonderland on offer to me.
Mocktail in hand and camera at the ready I was ready to roll through NOTHS Christmas in July!
I should warn you that this is quite a picture heavy post – I hope you enjoy it!
The array of jewellery and watches on show was quite breathtaking and the fact that it wasn’t the sort of thing that you could pick up at your local jewelers made it that bit more extra special. A couple of the pieces that really stood out are in the picture above and out of the three the bangles on the left really are just perfect for a chilled out day off/weekend look – I’m thinking white t-shirt, cut off denim shorts and converse with of course my hat from the lovely here Belpassi Bros in tooting.
Isn’t it every bloggers dream to have a slab of marble for their picture backgrounds?! This slab is not only picture perfect but a great addition to your kitchen side. As for the notebooks I don’t really think I need to say anything apart from check out the follow site Not On The High Street website and BUY THEM!
Um. . . YUM – am I right?! The lovely Lois and her business partner are the founders of Empire Artisan Chocolates. I met Lois about a year ago at another event and she is just lovely, the chocolates that she produces are absolutely divine and in the interest of spreading the loveliness you really should buy some for yourself. Such a luxury treat is just at your finger tips so check out the Not On The High Street website for more info.
I couldn’t tell you for the life of me who made this cake but doesn’t it look absolutely DIVINE. If you are reading this and you know who made this absolutely amazing masterpiece of a treat then please let me know in the comments – I mean seriously check out those chocolate balls!!
If I was a vintage girl then this would be part of my ideal decor for a living room or kitchen that is big enough of course. Having a set of decanters with all the right liquors just waiting for you to pour is something truly special and on this gorgeous table it would be even better. Just imagine the cocktail party chats around this lovely table!
The lovelies over at Not on the High Street were very kind with their goodies on the way out from the day as well as gifting me one particular item that I put on my own personal Christmas wishlist. Now, it may seem premature but if you think about it most people may have already started saving for their Christmas shopping money already (I know I have!). With that in mind I really want to know . . .
What’s on your Christmas list?
