source Lip Glam is a multi purpose balm that can be used not only on your lips but your cuticles, dry skin patches, split ends, eyebrows and a multitude of other places. It is made from 100% natural ingredients so it can be used by people with sensitive skin such as myself. It has been dermatologically tested and is paraben free. The icing on the top of the cake for me is that this product is made in England – it is rare that products are made in this country so when I find one that is it is an added bonus.
As you can see it looks like Vaseline however it feels a lot less sticky and seems to stay put for a lot longer. Also when used on my cuticles it doesn’t make my hands feel greasy which is great. If the tube is cold you just need to hold it between your hands for a minute or two and it will be ready to use.
As you can see above I have tried it on my cuticles and it really did make a difference. After using it for a week straight my cuticles remained soft and I could really see a difference as I usually get a lot of dry skin around the edges and little skin flaps, I think this is due to my excessive hand washing at work. Mixed with the use of hand cream Lip Glam really does pack a punch! I put it on at night before I go to bed to give it time to sink into the skin.
Of course the must have lip picture! Using it without lip stick for at least 3 days seemed to revitalise my lips and take away that harsh chapped feeling especially on the edges. Having soft lips really does make it easier to apply lipstick when using it – also stayed on longer than usual.
Overall if you want a potion that does a little bit of everything in your arsenal of beauty products you really should consider this one. For only £9.99 despite being a small tube it lasts an incredibly long time as very little goes a long long way.
